This Refund Policy describes when and how AI Realty Voice USA Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) issues refunds for subscriptions to the AI Realty Voice platform. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to this policy.
14-Day Free Trial
No charge during the trial. Cancel anytime before it ends — you pay nothing.
Monthly Plans
Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months already paid.
Annual Plans
Pro-rated refund within 30 days. No refunds after 30 days.
1. Free Trial
All new customers receive a 14-day free trial when they sign up. During this trial period:
- Your payment method will not be charged.
- You have full access to the features included in your selected plan.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged — no refund request is necessary.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically activate and your payment method will be charged for the first billing period.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
- No refunds for partial months. If you cancel your monthly subscription mid-cycle, you will retain access to the Service until the end of that billing period, but no pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion.
- You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge), please contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and issue a full refund if appropriate.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for a full 12-month period.
- Within the first 30 days: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused months remaining on your annual term. The refund will be calculated based on the number of complete months remaining after the date of your cancellation request, using the monthly equivalent rate of your annual plan.
- After 30 days: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You will continue to have access to the Service for the remainder of your annual term.
- Annual plans may be downgraded to a monthly plan upon renewal; no mid-term downgrades are permitted.
4. Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside of this policy at our sole discretion in the following situations:
- Significant and unresolved service outages directly caused by our platform that substantially impaired your ability to use the Service.
- Billing errors or duplicate charges.
- Situations required by applicable law.
5. How to Request a Refund

Please include your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
